An accomplished advertising and marketing executive, Amy Hefti recently relocated to Minneapolis to take on the role of head of marketing at NCL Government Capital, a financial services company. With the firm since 2019, Amy Hefti has helped reinvent the image of the 20-year-old company, redesigning marketing materials and relaunching its website to achieve consistency in brand narrative and strategy.
Previously, Ms. Hefti spent more than 20 years as an advertising executive in New York City, where she drove sales for well-known companies such as Goldman Sachs and Weight Watchers after the 2008 financial downturn. Additionally, she developed a strategy for Target that included an emphasis on grocery shopping and contributed to a 3.5 percent increase in sales. Previous positions include several years as vice president of US and global marketing for Mastercard.
A graduate of Iowa State University, Amy Hefti holds a bachelor of arts in advertising. When she is not working, she enjoys watching her son play hockey and practicing yoga.
